British WWII Mortar Clinometer Mk.IV

This is a British WWII mortar clinometer this was used to calibrate test adjust mortar tube elevation.
Manufactured in heavy gun metal brass
This is nicely dated 1941 and for all the gas engineers out there this one is made by "Ascot G.W.H Ltd." ( Gas Water Heaters)
The bubble fluid is complete with moving bubble still working.
The Mk.I leather case is marked
Case Mortar Cino. Mk.I
L. McBrine Co. Ltd 1941 with Canadian Stamp. The case has ageing to it but the leather fine only the tab end has perished through use.
A nice little set make a nice desk paperweight
