Mein Kampf Wedding Edition with Inscription

This is a genuine German WWII wedding issue Mein Kampf.
Overall the book is in fair condition for its age the original outer cardboard sleeve is present but has come apart. The leather bound spine has wear to the edges. The book retains the gold finish to the top of the pages. These were issued from the local district when a couple were married as a gift from the state.
This one originates from Lippstadt, dated to the wedding as 29th July 1939 I cannot quite make out the couples names but I can see Maria, signed by the town Burgermeister.
The added thing this book comes with a original part of what looks like a arm band in red material part of a family keepsake?
A very nice book for historical purposes and collecting.
