.303 Bren Gun Blanks in Original Issue Box

Something slightly unusual 28 x .303 Bren Gun blank cartridges in original box and packing slip from Radway Green.
These have blue wooden heads the idea was that they could be used without a blank firing attachment on the barrel to operate the gun on full auto. I have been told that the heads are meant to break up as they exit the muzzle.
They are dated 1968 marked RG (Radway Green) Z017
